Job Description

This position will handle and oversee all parts of our export documentation, certification, and compliance processes. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of export trade regulations, ensuring our shipments adhere to all necessary guidelines and standards.

Key Resposibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary export documentation according to export trade regulations and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to obtain necessary certifications for exported products.
  • Coordinate with customs and other regulatory bodies for smooth clearance of goods.
  • Liaise with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate document delivery.
  • Regularly review and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualification and Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in export operations.
  • Strong analytical and effective communication skills.
