Job Description

The Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving our company's financial planning, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This position is responsible for analyzing both financial and performance data and offering insights to optimize our financial strategies and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial and non-financial performance metrics across departments, especially sales, to provide insightful analysis to the management.
• Financial Planning: Support in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Operational Proficiency: Ensure adeptness with internal processes, ERP systems, and other relevant technologies for seamless financial operations.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports, presenting clear insights and recommendations.
• Cash Management: Monitor, manage, and forecast the company's cash movements efficiently.

 

 

Qualification and Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
